What is included in the rental price at VANTOPIA?
With us there are no hidden costs. Our “ready-to-go” full equipment is already included in the rental price: from the complete kitchen equipment to camping furniture and technical helpers such as levelling ramps. In addition, all kilometres are included, the final cleaning is included and a fully comprehensive insurance with mobility guarantee protects you on your journey.
I have a pet hair allergy - can I still rent from you?
Yes! We place great importance on all guests feeling comfortable. Therefore we offer special allergy-friendly vehicles in which bringing pets is strictly prohibited. This way we also guarantee sensitive travellers an absolutely pet hair-free vanlife experience.
Which driving licence do I need for the campers and motorhomes?
For all our vehicles – from the compact VW bus (Dreamer) to the panel van (Traveler) right through to the semi-integrated motorhome (Cruiser) – a standard FS class B is sufficient. All our vehicles are below the permissible total weight of 3.5 tons.
Where can I pick up or return my camper?
We have two locations in Germany: Our station in Hamburg (near the airport/Norderstedt) is ideal for trips heading north and to Scandinavia. Our station in Munich (near the airport/Freising) offers the perfect starting point for road trips to the Alps or heading south.
How flexibly can I cancel my trip?
Very flexible! Up to 48 hours before the start of your trip (14 days during peak season) you can cancel without giving any reason and receice an open-ended voucher.
Would you like your money back? That is easily possible with a cancellation up to 60 days before the start of your trip.
What is the minimum rental period for a camper?
The minimum rental period depends on the season and ranges between 3 days (winter) and 7 days (main season). Shorter periods are often possible in booking gaps – just get in touch with us!
